Fire Wardens, your continued interest and support in Â鶹´«Ã½â€™s Fire Warden Program is greatly appreciated! Thanks to all who participated in one of many Fire Warden Awareness sessions that were held over the last few months. These sessions involved both theory and practical use of Â鶹´«Ã½â€™s fire extinguisher simulator which provided a dynamic simulation for trainees on fighting a fire.
Fire Warden Chief volunteers are currently needed for buildings on the Agricultural campus. Fire Warden Chiefs are responsible for appointing floor wardens for each area within their building, scheduling fire warden meetings, ensuring floor wardens are aware of their responsibilities and addressing concerns of their warden team and reporting them to the EHS Office.
If you’re interested in volunteering and haven’t done so already or have questions, please contact the EHS Office at ext. 6602
Thank you!
