Equity, Diversity, Inclusion, and Accessibility in Architecture and Planning
Welcome to the Faculty of Architecture and Planning鈥檚 resource center for equity, diversity, inclusion, and accessibility (EDIA).
The Faculty of Architecture and Planning and the EDIA Committee recognizes the significance of the representation and inclusion of people of all backgrounds in our work. We are committed to recognizing and addressing racism, sexism, xenophobia, and other forms of oppression within academia and the professions of architecture and planning. We believe that the diversity of the communities we serve should be reflected in our community of students, faculty, staff, and alumni as we strive to design, build and plan equitable places. The Faculty is dedicated to making architecture and planning more equitable, diverse, inclusive, and accessible now and in the future practices of these professions.
